Just seeing if anyone is capable of matching carpet and repairing this in an apartment (spencer street cbd)

One of my staff spilt acetone on my wooden floor in my salon and it’s eroded a small section of the floor. I don’t want the whole flooring to be sanded and polished. I just need that section repaired sanded and match as close as possible to the polish it has on it currently.

Some scratched polished boards in an area of approximately 4x4 metres need to be repaired

Need flooring fix - vinyl has some lumps. The flooring will be replaced early next year but needs a quick fix to level out the vinyl so it's not a trip hazard. Maybe slit and reglue however open to suggestions.

Carpet layer has found 2 areas of sub floor that need repairing, one at the end of the walk in robe needs a strip of timber along the wall under floor level as there’s no joist & the boards have nothing bracing them (he said the current boards can be replaced once something can hold them up), one small section under a floor length window is rotten so will need cutting out & replacing with timber or chipboard. Molding above needs cutting out & replacing.

The paint in the wooden skirting has bubbled due to condensation. The boards on the side has lifted off due to condensation as well. Please see photos. For removal of the bubbles and painting of skirting or replace it. To fix the floor board. Need to remove or glue it back on or replace it. Needs to be done this week or next on Thursday, Friday or weekends.

Two properties have some damage carpet need replace and repair

I tried to repair gaps in vinyl floor boards but have made it worse. My daughter is very angry with me. Need it done ASAP. See photo. Have all the boards but a few new ones to replace the cracked would be great.

We have been asked to move out from our rental, just after having out first child so the timing is terrible! Unfortunately, our furniture footings have torn the cheap Vinyl flooring. We do not have spare vinyl cuttings to patch it and I'm not sure where I can find the same material as it 's quite old. We need to fix the floor in hope to get any of our much needed deposit money back for our next house. Ideally repair but may need to refit the whole room. The room is quite large in that the flooring covers both the living and dining room, roughly 3.6m wide x 9m long (roughly). Hate to be a cheap skate but really trying to get it done for as cheaply as possible. Let me knoiw if you have a solution or spare Vinyl roll you might not need. My dog chewed up some of the Lino floor. Need it fixed before I move out

We've just removed the carpet from my room, revealing hardwood floorboards underneath. The tack has already been removed, but we need them polished and restored. The room is about 5.0M by 3.5M, and I'd appreciate someone with experience in restoring floorboards. I have attached images of the unpolished floorboards (with the carpet insulation left on top in the middle), as well as an image of the polished floorboards in the rest of the house for context). The flooring is made up of plywood panels laid / glued on concrete (foundation) with vinyl glued on top of the plywood. The flooring was fine for several years. It appears that the heat has caused expansion of the plywood which has now bent in certain areas causing the floor to come up. This has occurred in several areas (3 to 4 areas) We have spare vinyl that can be used for repair. Solutions / suggestions welcomed that achieve functional and aesthetic suitability. There have been attempts to drill the mdf now but it does not sustain. Welcome thoughts and approximate quotes to address this.

I’ve scratched the flooring here, it looks like laminate not real wood and I would need help to fix this up to the best possible. Open to negotiation for the best possible outcome.

I have a slight squeek when standing on one of my floor boards, believe (but not 100% sure) this could be the board rubbing up against the kitchen island stone when stepping on the area circled blue in the pic. Need a handyman to fix the squeek. Boards are engineered timber floating boards on a concrete slab.

Hard wood jarra floor. Rising and lipping. Needs to be replaced. Approximately 10 square metres.

Some Vinyl tiles are lifting and must be either glued back down or relayed. I do have spares. Then the edge of the vinyl into the entrance of the kitchen/bar area is broken and needs a new edge.

Require small section on timber floorboards to be re-fitted. Sanded and polished.
