1 Ease window to kitchen. Bottom sash jammed and top sash requires refitting in correct position and fastened. Sash cords appear to be in good condition. 2 Rework existing drawer runners to kitchen cupboards. Drawers not shutting without binding to another drawer. 3 Floor to Bed 3 Remove 6 x floor boards approx 1500mm long which are broken on the tongue and groove, While existing boards are out, check subfloor as to why floor has dropped. Repairs can be done if job is not involved. Renew boards. 4 Floor to passage Remove 4 x floor boards approx 1800mm long each. While boards are removed, check sub floor for cause of settling.
