Find an experienced flooring expert in Applecross

We're moving into a home and need the existing wood flooring to be polished, sanded, and treated to look as good as they can before moving in. Ideally settlement will happen on 21st October so if the work can begin right away - this will allow us till end of week when we start to shift into the home. There is roughly 140sqm of space downstairs that needs to be worked on. Check attached floor plan - includes all downstairs room except for Kitchen . Blackbutt timber.

Remove existing hybrid floor and scotia and install both new.

Carpet installation of 12.8 lins with pull up. This week if possible

Remove and replace (with same) roughly 10 sqm of tongue and groove vinyl planks.

A few tasks: Patch walls from TV removal x 2 Paint 2 walls - maybe a bit of touch up. Remove logo sticker from window. Clean a few glass doors/wall (small). Clean carpets (old and clean alrady). Small office around 80 sqr metres.

Remove carpet of concrete floor, prepare the concrete floor to hybrid wood panels / floating floor. 90sq

Looking for a handy and experience person to repair the carpet. Spare carpet will be provided to do the patching. - Due date: Before Thursday, 9 November 2023

Lay outdoor decking to continue and match existing decking. Small area. No need for foundation / concrete footings as can use limestone flooring that is already there. - Due date: Flexible

Hello there! I am chasing a quote for the removal and replacement of my current skirting boards which were damaged by our leaking shower a year ago. The area needing replacement is L shaped, 120cm x 334cm. I have attached photos of the area. The skirting will need to be matched (as best as possible) to the existing skirting please. I have also included a picture of the existing undamaged skirting boards for reference. All quotes will be carefully considered as I am unsure of the going rate.

Lay approx 6sqm of Vinyl sheet to hallway. Needs to be joined to existing vinyl. Vinyl provided.

Need someone with experience to do the following tasks 1. Measure, cut and install Skirting boards for a large apartment 2. chisel out the fridge recess and complete the flooring in this area. can supply a drop saw if needed. Happy to go buy the materials if you let me know what is needed. otherwise i can supply the meters needed and you can include this in your price.
