Find an experienced flooring expert in Balmain

Need to get screeding removed from our hallway. The area is approximately 3 m2. Tiles are already removed and 30% of the screeding is also removed. For the man with the right tools, I think this will be a 1 hour job Max. I need the hallway to be as level as possible. This needs to be completed tomorrow.

The main task is removing the carpet from the main bedroom (4.5 x 3.7), sanding and polishing the floorboards to match the rest of the upstairs bedrooms. It would be great if you could provide all the necessary tools and source the appropriate floor polish. Could you please provide a quote for this job? We’re hoping to move in around the 10th of December, so if you need to inspect the room to quote, it will need to be after that date. Any initial advice would also be appreciated. We’ll also have several other jobs in the near future that will require carpentry work (such as wardrobe doors, new internal doors, a bathroom update, and some landscaping).

Replace a small piece of carpet (24 cm x 10 cm) with a new piece of matching carpet. We have a new piece of carpet to match already.

We need the old carpet of short hallway, and a dining room 5m X5m pulled up. You don’t need to dispose of it, as I have arranged for Council to take away. But I need it cut into pieces, to make it easier to discard.

Looking to replace (remove existing, supply and install new timber board) approximately 5-6 metres of skirting board within this photo, 4-5 metre on one wall, 1 metre on the other. Skirting needs to match the existing timber skirting board. Ideally pre-primed, but doesn't have to be. Not looking for it to be painted as having all skirting painted separately. Thanks

We need a carpet expert to stretch/ tension about 3 metres square of carpet in our hallway. The carpet is a year or so old - see pic (the job is in a narrow hallway, not this pictured room). We need this to be done either today or Monday 26 February please.

A carpet string got caught up in my vacuum resulting in this nasty pull (about 50cm). Looking to get it fixed. I do have an extra piece of this carpet sitting around that could be used to patch it but if you can offer a different technique - even better
