Minor repairs, sand and polish, 3 x coats water based stain polished boards in kitchen, living room and stairs. Total area for sand and polish 46 m 2 (open plan) plus 1 story flight of stairs. Tiles and most of mastic removed, some fine layer of mastic remains in kitchen. 4 small holes need filling and/or repairing, several small surface chunks of timber came up when the tiles were pulledup and need to be repaired/filled with filler (resin). Two strips at either end of the dining room have pink filler that needs to removed. Gaps between boards need to be filled. Bay window currently has chipboard and needs to be replaced with matching floor boards. Staples in underside of stairs need removing. Possibility of a few staples or nails to be removed from floor but most should be removed now. Move and replace furniture before and after job to adjoining areas. Put throw covers over benches/kitchen items and bookshelf to prevent dust damage. Clean up and dispose offsite of any rubbish resulting. No changing the agreed price, this is a fixed budget and all details are accurate.

Laminate damaged, peeling ane chipping off needs removing and paint over white 2 pac or other hi gloss in situ. Where laminate is intact, if possible to paint over laminate, then this can be done. Have included all cupboards in photos

Pull up tiles in kitchen and scrap back tile adhesive from floor boards. Tiled area approx 3 m x 6 m . Edges adjoing hall and laundry remained tiled and will need to be finished cleanly with edging. Sand and polish, clear matt stain raw boards in kitchen and living room (prepped already). Total area for sand and polish , kitchen 3m x 6m plus living room 4m x 7 m (open plan). Also stairs need sand ,polish and clear matt stain.

I have a huge pile of old floor boards on my driveway that need to be cut up for firewood. I have a drop saw to do it with. There is a couple of days work in it if you're interested. I'd pay $20 an hour. We are in Belgrave.

Pull up carpet and carpet tack board and pull up tiles from living room, kitchen, hall, bathroom, stairs and laundry (total area approx 65 m2). Remove all coverings from property and dispose. Sweep up all debris and vacuum (BYO) up all dust and debris to leave clean ready for sanding

need a quote to lay carpet and/or floorboards on Concrete Floor - we have removed old carpet and underlay. We are happy to help and would appreciate some expert advice - Not sure what is the best solution. 2 Bedrooms, a Lounge Area and some stairs.

Centre of the floor developed a serious 'bounce' over the years due to rotting (missing?) stumps. Needs to be partially re-stumped for stability (priority) and minor level improvement (perfection not needed). Total re-stumping not an option. Needs a skilled practitioner due to poor access from sub-floor and to minimise existing floor damage. - Due date: Flexible

We got 3 burned spot on carpet as burning coal pieces fell down. We just need it patched. Will be good if you can provide the same carpet patch. Else we are ok to take a small patch out of one corner inside the word robe.
