Need to sand back wooden floorboards and repolish as a result of dog urine stains

Stain from one leg of refrigerator has left watermark on polished hardwood timber floorboard in kitchen. Needs removal and possible sanding clean / treatment.

I have two water stains (one from a potplant, the other from leaking water) that need to be removed.

I need someone who can rip up the carpet, install an underlay (this needs to be sound tested according to strata by laws) and the boards. This needs to be started around Aug 29.
