Front door opens and closes stiff due to carpet underneath. Need either bottom of door to be sanded or use of risers.

Hellos Sui, you did some work for us before to plaster damage in one wall, the inside front door there is damage to the plaster , in our bedroom the skirting board is damaged and floor dropped. We would like the skirting board removed and the wall behind it plastered. Are you able to give a quote and come and fix as soon as convenient?

Floor boards have a scratch on them

Hey guys, I was supposed to get a new floor through my insurance but strada has held up the job and we have to wait a while. The flooring guys started to take up some of the old floorboards which these should not have. I need them replaced along with the trim at the side. It’s a small job I would think. We are re-doing our kitchen and have removed the floor tiles. There is original timber flooring through most of the kitchen, with some protruding nails. There is a small area (2sqm) with no existing flooring, but there are structural beam supports. Total kitchen area is approx 2mx4m. Engineered floor boards with a 3-4mm oak top - have got water damage near my entranceway. These are glued down on top of existing solid timber floors. I need a craftsman with strong woodworking skills to cut or chisel away the boards and carefully place new boards. These are very solidly / permanently glued down and have grooves on the edges so will require some detailed work to remove and replace. Please outline your experience to do this job in some detail in terms of how you’re removed existing boards. Pictures show that around 3 boards need replacing. Need someone to help lay hybrid or laminate floorboard in 5sqm sunroom (2.8m x 1.75m). I can provide materials or you can provide me quote for supplies (underlay if necessary etc).
