The flooring is made up of plywood panels laid / glued on concrete (foundation) with vinyl glued on top of the plywood. The flooring was fine for several years. It appears that the heat has caused expansion of the plywood which has now bent in certain areas causing the floor to come up. This has occurred in several areas (3 to 4 areas) We have spare vinyl that can be used for repair. Solutions / suggestions welcomed that achieve functional and aesthetic suitability. There have been attempts to drill the mdf now but it does not sustain. Welcome thoughts and approximate quotes to address this.

We need a small section of our office area flooring to have laminate flooring installed. Measurements of area is 5.4m x 3.3m We already have the laminate flooring from the previous office we had removed. We have kept all the full length boards and just need them installed again. Will provide underlay. Only require installation

Looking to get a concrete Garage Polished to expose the agregate and sealed. The size is 5.9 meters X 2.9 meters You'll need dust extraction on your machine. With your quote let me know what grit you'll polish it too and what sealer. There's no skirting boards to worry about and it's brick walled. Looking to get a good grind so it's not patchy.
