There is a small area needs repair on the carpet, around 50x150mm size. I dont have a spare carpet piece unfortunately. After the repair, carpet cleaning of 26m2 area and de-flea application required. This needs to be done on 2nd of Jan. Invoice will be needed as proof for the agency.

I need 4 skirting boards cut to fit 3 internal corners. Preference is for coping rather than mitre. I can fit the boards, but i need the 45degree cuts and coping done accurately

We've just removed the carpet from my room, revealing hardwood floorboards underneath. The tack has already been removed, but we need them polished and restored. The room is about 5.0M by 3.5M, and I'd appreciate someone with experience in restoring floorboards. I have attached images of the unpolished floorboards (with the carpet insulation left on top in the middle), as well as an image of the polished floorboards in the rest of the house for context). We have removed carpet from 3 rooms and a hallway but the underlay is glued to the floorboards. I need to remove the Glue and underlay (without damaging the boards) before we can polish the old baltic pine boards. I have been using scrapers to remove it so far.
