Need to install 63sqm of laminate flooring and skirting boards on top. Okay if you can’t do the skirting boards I can get this done separately. 63sqm is for a new beauty salon fit out. Approx 5 rooms. 3 enclosed and two open rooms.

When new flooring was installed they removed the skirting boards and replaced then, but not well. I need them fixed properly to the wall without gaps . It’s a steel frame building and they replaced the skirting with nails leaving gaps. I think they need gluing. I’d also like them touched up (I have paint).
