Remove carpet and lay floor boards in 90m2 apartment.

We recently moved into our apartment and had the carpet pulled up to reveal the timber flooring (the first owner laid carpet on top of the timber). This has resulted in little nail holes/marks and some glue around the apartment - not a massive deal, but also would like it fixed up a bit. We also have a toddler, so not expecting perfection - just wanting help to make the marks not so obvious.

Approximately 9 square metres of floor boards laid. Maybe wood laid underneath to raise the level to meet other floor. We will supply floor boards.

I am in an apartment in civic. In the lounge room there is one wall 4m 800 and the other 6m 200. I would like to have the skirting boards removed and the gap between the plasterboard and concrete floor sealed with some type of waterproof product.

need to do hybrid flooring on 45 square meter floor

3 jobs in total. I need someone to fix the door jamb in my small ensuite. It has water swelling in the bottom end of both sides (inside facing part). Root cause has been fixed, just need to fix/replace the door jamb now. I also need a removable cover for the hole in the wall, where the water mains are accessed. Existing cover is no longer big enough as hole was made bigger to fix the leak that occured. I want to keep the wall hole size as is, so only need new bigger removable cover. Lastly, repair of small strip of skirting board required. Damage occured when a picture fell down from the wall above, landing on the skirting board and subsequently it has come off the wall joint. In total 3 jobs, some quite minor. I am open to feedback regarding cost and repair details. I'm expecting the market to tell me what is fair and reasonable for this request.

Carpet needs replacing on the ‘pole’ part

We have the skirting boards ready to go but need someone to install them.

I have a few sections (picured) of skirting boards (both horizontal and vertical between the corners of wall) that need repair / grouting along with a cupboard hanger that needs removal.
