Remove carpet and lay floor boards in 90m2 apartment.

We recently moved into our apartment and had the carpet pulled up to reveal the timber flooring (the first owner laid carpet on top of the timber). This has resulted in little nail holes/marks and some glue around the apartment - not a massive deal, but also would like it fixed up a bit. We also have a toddler, so not expecting perfection - just wanting help to make the marks not so obvious.

I am in an apartment in civic. In the lounge room there is one wall 4m 800 and the other 6m 200. I would like to have the skirting boards removed and the gap between the plasterboard and concrete floor sealed with some type of waterproof product.

Remove kitchen and hallway tiles and prep concrete underneath for wooden floor installation. Need to also remove tiles from under kitchen cabinets, fridge and dishwasher. Disposal of tiles also needed.

We are purchasing Karndean vinyl floor panels from a reputable flooring company and want to get a quote for someone with experience to lay the floor. Please provide a quote to pull up the existing laminate flooring of this space and then lay the new panels. Theyre a DIY product, supposedly, but would appreciate the experience from someone who might have done this before. Removal of existing is optional, we can do this if need be. There is a step down between levels. We wouldn't need to prep the bottom nor glue it. Youd need to be able to have your own saw to cut pieces to fit around skirts/corners etc.

Carpet needs replacing on the ‘pole’ part

We have the skirting boards ready to go but need someone to install them.

I have a few sections (picured) of skirting boards (both horizontal and vertical between the corners of wall) that need repair / grouting along with a cupboard hanger that needs removal.
