Fitted carpet needs restretching

We had previously removed a bedroom carpet and now re installed the same carpet. However we don't have the tools to lay it tightly against walls and to neaten it up at the joins to 3 doorways (i.e passage, bathroom, dressing room). I have several vinyl planks that need replacing in my office floor. I have the replacement planks in my garage. Must have experience doing this type of work, preferably trade qualified.

I have purchased two large mats which will be cut to size for my landing and as runner on my stairs. The supplier is waiting on the measurements to begin this task which will take approximately 10 days. I need a carpet layer to come and measure my stairs and landing. I will then need the carpet installed when I received it back from the supplier. I don’t have any idea how much this would cost so any advice is very welcome. Thank you
