I’m looking for a person experienced in installing Hybrid Click Lock flooring. The flooring will need to be installed over a concrete subfloor and a moisture barrier installed as well. Install hybrid timber flooring panels, 18 sqm area.

We recently purchased two second hand hall runners that requires one end on each replaced, see pictures for details. The previous owner removed these ends for some reason the ends were not provided as part of the sale. We are looking to have the two runners repaired if this is possible. It would be good if we can match the tassled ends (see picture No 1). The width of the ends are 80cm/800mm. Happy to provide further information and or pictures as required.

Laminate upstairs second floor. I will supply floorboards. You will need to Remove existing carpet. I will dispose. There is existing skirting boards. They will need to be removed and put back on. Don’t need scocia. Need to lay acoustic underlay. Assume floor is level and if not I will pay extra. Size 100 m2. 12mm laminate. I will remove furniture.

Edited: Need to remove and replace carpet with hybrid floorboards (5g click) on approx 65m2 area, plus install Scotia. You will need to bring your own tools for the job. Work spans over one living/dining room and one bedroom. It is a unit and furniture needs to be moved around which we are happy to assist with. The coloured(green) area is the one that needs to be replaced with floorboards.

We woke up this morning after the rain to find our living room carpet soaked. Can't see any water coming from ceiling or walls, it has just pooled in the carpet. Need someone to look at it asap please. Also if someone has a wet vacuum that would be good 👍

A staple was sticking out under the couch that has scratched two of our highly polished floorboards. I have tried oils and wax but it seems that it is the polish / lacquer that is scratched not the floor board. I need to fix this quickly as we move out next week and I don’t want to risk losing our bond. Can work with you on dates.

The carpet edges need to have bits or binding? For a proper finish

We had installed new carpet in three of our bedrooms. The new carpet and underlay is higher than the old carpet ( maybe by 2cm)so the old bedroom doors are very difficult to open and close (they can still be pushed forcefully but, I don't want an open/close mark to apprear on the carpet. I imagine the old doors will need to be taken down, and the bottom of the doors shaved, and then the doors put back in place. I would prefer this job to be done on either a Monday or Tuesday.

Dogs damaged my carpet and corner skirting. I need to replace before moving out. Hoping not to replace the entire carpet - Due date: Flexible
