Each patch is approximately 50x50cm, and we need an experienced handyman or carpet installer to cut and seamlessly fit the replacement carpet into these areas. We recently purchased two second hand hall runners that requires one end on each replaced, see pictures for details. The previous owner removed these ends for some reason the ends were not provided as part of the sale. We are looking to have the two runners repaired if this is possible. Laminate upstairs second floor. I will supply floorboards. You will need to Remove existing carpet. I will dispose. There is existing skirting boards. They will need to be removed and put back on. Don’t need scocia. Need to lay acoustic underlay. Assume floor is level and if not I will pay extra. Size 100 m2. 12mm laminate. I will remove furniture.

Edited: Need to remove and replace carpet with hybrid floorboards (5g click) on approx 65m2 area, plus install Scotia. You will need to bring your own tools for the job. Work spans over one living/dining room and one bedroom. It is a unit and furniture needs to be moved around which we are happy to assist with. The coloured(green) area is the one that needs to be replaced with floorboards.
