Carpet Stain Check in One Room: Inspect a stain on the carpet in one of the rooms to determine whether it’s mould or just a regular stain. Please bring any basic testing tools or expertise to confirm if it needs deeper cleaning or professional mould treatment. Bathroom Patch Cleaning: 2. Remove a few small stains/patches in the bathroom (likely mild spots on tiles or walls). Please bring your own cleaning products to ensure the stains are fully removed. Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: 1 Number of bathrooms: 1 Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide just small patches here and there . do not need to clean the whole rooms

I require skirting boards installed in this room. See pictures. The skirting boards are to sit onto of the floor boards. I have the skirting boards purchased. They are large skirting boards (I.e 190mm), so a large circular saw/mitre saw is required to cut at required angles There are also a few small cuts that will need to be made around corners

Warped flooring repair (flatten flooring or replace) damage caused by rain in small section.

I have purchased some floorboards from a house that is being demolished. They need to be removed from the house and brought to Elwood. Floorboards will be 2.1m long and there will be approximately 20 - 25 of them. I can come and meet you to help, I just don’t have anything to cut them out with!

Install 50 broadloom metres of carpet and underlay to slab and substrate flooring inc standard staircase. Slab and substrate ready for laying.

Approx 68 cm x 120 cm And 93 cm x 30 cm And along a wall but the tiles need to be cut.

Need the hallway and entrance sanded and polished, including removal of chipboard in a spot and the nails left in timber from vinyl. There is only 1 sqm of chipboard. The rest of hallway is under carpet that will be removed. Total size approx 7sqm

Two skirting boards need to be installed (glued onto wall)

Sticky floor tiles to be taken off the floor boards and floor boards need to be cleaned and sticky residue removed.

I have two skirting boards that have been cut that need to be installed (glued on wall - will provide the glue). The skirting boards need to be cut on a 45 degree angle to the adjoining joint

Install approx. 9m2 of floating floorboard. Finish with c-channel under 3 doors and use quad to finish along skirting. C-channel, quads and boards are provided, only install required. Board cutting skills required for door frames etc. These floorboards are discontinued so minimal wastage is a must. Need tools to complete, eg appropriate saw for cutting board and c channel, small nail gun for quads, appropriate tools to knock in the boards.
