Need carpet installed into an attic by a professional carpet layer. Rectangle shape and the floor size 9.37m long x 3.88m wide. New smooth edge and new underlay have already been installed. And 2 Brand new (3.6m width) 10 meter & 5 meter rolls of synthetic carpet sitting ready to be laid in the attic. Plus a 15m joint tape suppled.

need a Handy man who can install tiles behind the toilet seat to put a skirting board on top of the tiles 164cm(L)×90cm(w)×10cm(H) and to paint the Kitchen Cupboard outside. and to paint the kitchen cupboard with a different colour. The person Should know to lay skirting boards plus painting.

Garage need to be grind as need to concrete sealing later.

They are in fair condition, some sections have nails. Am fine to supply caulk if you let me know what product to purchase. Only requiring caulking for gap btwn skirting board and wall. Walls are brick. Open to reasonable offers.
