Find an experienced flooring expert in Cromer NSW

Hi, I'm looking for an estimate to replace 4-8ish+ water-damaged floorboards in my rental. Assistance in determining the type of floorboards would be very much appreciated too! My fridge has leaked over a prolonged period and the floorboards have started to lift and curl as a result. The surrounding floorboards are also started to curl. Apparently underneath is tile. If you could have a look and let me know, thanks! I can easily assist with removal & also can help sourcing the replacement floorboards. I'm hoping for someone to assess the damages, determine the costings and see how many might need replacing. Please Note: $100.00 is not the full amount - I am negotiable.

- vinyl floor - we have the boards that match already - cut and fix boards with already provided fix the holes in the photos

A small edge approx 1.5metres has lifted from smooth edge where it joins my timber floor.

Require carpet and underlay installation for one room - approx 4m x 3.5m with 6 steps. Looking for a light grey low pile inexpensive carpet - cost quoted should include removal of old carpet, providing the carpet and underlay and installation costs please.
