Repair 2 corner Skirting board pieces

I have bought carpet that needs to be cut to the room and then taken to be overlocked on the edges. I can get the overlocking done if necessary but I need someone to cut to shape. Roughly 5m x 5m I already have the carpet.

Two corner skirting boards need repairing as my dog decided to chew on it and damaged the skirting board. We already have paint so it just needs to be fixed!
