I recently had a gas heater removed from my ground floor apartment and need to fix up the remaining hole in my brick wall. There is a small section of skirting board that also needs to be replaced. Keen to get the job done properly and cleanly. You will need to supply your own tools and materials. - Due date: Flexible

Demolition works for small apartment renovation, approx 15 years old, in East Melbourne off Victoria Parade, consisting of: 1) Strip and level concrete floor - remove 52m2 of carpet + underlay with edging strips, approx 10m2 of vinyl 2) Remove ceramic tiles from kitchen splashback 2m2 3) Remove some of the kitchen cupboards / joinery approx 1m2 4) Remove joinery from bedroom approx 1.4 m2 and robes doors 3m 5) Remove whitegoods left behind - mounted dryer, washing machine and fridge all in working condition 6) Take all waste. Is there anyone on here that can apply laminate to a drum table? Looking for a tradesperson who does this and who can also buy the laminate for the item.

We moved a plaster wall in our apartment, and need to patch a small area (about 20cm x 30cm) of floorboard. We’d like you to cut a square section (around the missing bits), and replace with spare boards (we’ve got about 3 spare boards). We are happy for you to remove/cut the floorboards on either side, so that you only need to replace a square section (which should make the job easier). We supply: - Spare floorboards - Good tunes, coffee etc You supply: - tools required - Underlay (only a small patch required) Timing is flexible - Ideally on a weekend over the next few weeks, but can be done on a weekday if required. Preferably would like someone who has woodwork experience, particularly re patching/replacing floorboards.
