Hi there, rental apartment there was a plant plate （Monstera deliciosa）sit on the floor from Oct to Nov 2024. I found there might be mould, as attached photos show, left when I move the plate out in Dec 2024 till now. The affected size of left circled area is like 20cm X 15cm. I initially used floor cleanning spray and brush but found there are very thin layer of laminate floor. It might be removed or wax drawing method to repair.

I have 20sqm of engineered timber flooring that need to be installed. I have timber and underlay. Can you also pick up and deliver 2 extra boxes of flooring I bought from a warehouse in Macquarie Park. Can you supply skirting boards

I need to have laminate flooring installed in one room. The area is approximately 9.5 square metres. The Laminate is Adorn Classic - colour blizzard ( I can buy it or you can include that cost in the quote) The existing floating floor needs to be removed I would also like the aged skirting boards replaced with new ones & an underlay installed for the new floor We need it done before the end of week (any day except Friday) I just listed it under a low price cause not sure if you want to including materials or just labour

I would like check whether someone can help with repairing the timber floor in my kitchen. The clear protective coating is peeling away in some sections, especially around the dishwasher, probably due to the heat and moisture. I would like to do this without re-sanding and re-varnishing the whole floor, as it is part of a large open-plan area, which is otherwise ok. I understand the result may be less than perfect. I am not looking for the cheapest quote, but for someone who has done something similar before.

Removal of carpet, underlay etc and cleanup floor - about 70 m2 area first floor

Need floorboards and scotia installed to replace the carpet, I’ve already got the floor boards and scotia that you may be able to use.

Need someone to remove a few floorboards and pull up a small patch of carpet and kitchen vinyl flooring as we need to check whether magnesite is underneath. Must be available at 9:00am this Thursday 11 July
