I am wanting pricing for a clients floor. We are going to remove this joinery - if the floor is not the same colour underneath, which I assume it is not. It is a very small area maybe 1500 x 500 Can we sand and stain the board underneath to match the rest of the floor without doing the entire floor? Thank you

Need someone to sand and polish upstairs floorboards for 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. The floorboards are also squeaking and we've been told needs some nails put in to get rid of the squeak. Ideally be done before Tuesday.

We have a 70-80sqm parallelogram shape room with existing wooden floorboards that we want to put laminate flooring over. The room will be used for hot pilates. We are happy to use the cheapest laminate available (subject to your advice) and we don’t care about colour although ideally grey or darker colours. Presumably an underlay will also be required.
