Need someone to sand and polish upstairs floorboards for 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. The floorboards are also squeaking and we've been told needs some nails put in to get rid of the squeak. Ideally be done before Tuesday.

Dog has ripped up carpet at bedroom door frame, length of door. Need someone to repair it, possibly using carpet from wardrobe?

End of lease touch ups: A medium sized chip on the edge of a skirting board, replacing a mid-lockdown diy plaster patch up job removing a TV wall arm (not large) and possibly needing to repaint that section of wall also.

I have 7 rooms of carpet and underlay removed and disposed of. Smooth edge can remain. Simply roll up and remove.

We are happy to use the cheapest laminate available (subject to your advice) and we don’t care about colour although ideally grey or darker colours. Presumably an underlay will also be required.
