Find an experienced flooring expert in Fairlight

I have pulled the carpet and underlay up in the sunroom/spare bedroom and would like these wooden floors sanding and sealing please. I’ll remove all nails and staples from the floor before sanding in prep. The room is 12.9m2 Trying to weigh up the cost of having someone else do it vs hiring a sander from Bunnings :) Any advice appreciated!

Carpet is a stair runner that has been taken up from old stairs and needs to be refitted on new stairs, about 4 or 5 steps

One linen cupboard door needs a few mm taken off it as we are having new carpet laid.

Skirting boards (new 140mm, already puchased and on site) to be installed in bedroom that was completely stripped out, refloored and replastered 2400mmx3600mm. Walls are brick plastered. We have the boards already (as noted above). Two existing power points need to go in the board. We can get an electrician to do whatever needs to be done prior if necessary. We also have other jobs that we can list later.

Please confirm that you have the proper tools for doing to avoid damaging the floorboards underneath. 3. Repalce toilet seat. I will provide the toilet seat. Tasks need to be performed between May 25 and May 28

We can provide the flooring, just need someone to lay it. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and stairs. 80 sqm. Simple laminate flooring. Vacant property. Needs to be done by Friday 17th of September.
