Carpet is a stair runner that has been taken up from old stairs and needs to be refitted on new stairs, about 4 or 5 steps

One linen cupboard door needs a few mm taken off it as we are having new carpet laid.

Skirting boards (new 140mm, already puchased and on site) to be installed in bedroom that was completely stripped out, refloored and replastered 2400mmx3600mm. Walls are brick plastered. We have the boards already (as noted above). Two existing power points need to go in the board. We can get an electrician to do whatever needs to be done prior if necessary. We also have other jobs that we can list later.

Remove small area of timber floor boards about 5m by 0.5m from apartment to enable water ingress investigation from external patio

Patch repair of carpet in bedroom approximately 20x20cm due to burn with iron. Replacement patch of carpet can be taken from the back of the linen cupboard

1. Get rid of the wardrobe below and paint the wall behind if needed. 2. Rip up the carpet in the room above and another room. Please confirm that you have the proper tools for doing to avoid damaging the floorboards underneath. 3. Repalce toilet seat. I will provide the toilet seat. Tasks need to be performed between May 25 and May 28

We have carpet and we want to lay lamnate over the carpet. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 1 April 2024

10 damaged floorboards need to be removed and replaced. All are close to the wall which makes it easier to replace. We supply the spare floor boards. - Due date: Flexible
