Lay and level chipboard flooring in attic for added storage space. Area is approximately 10m2. Joists and rafters are different heights, so packing timber will be required. I will supply the chipboard. Access is good, via folding attic ladder. The space will need to be vacuumed prior to flooring. Looking for someone to do a pretty neat job.
