I recently fixed a hybrid flooring and required someone to finish off the carpet to flooring transition. The area is just the main door. This fee is for the service and happy to pay for the material on top of this service fee.

Have just finished bathroom Reno and require carpet tucking against tile edge. Will need carpet edge concrete.

I’m looking to organise some quotes to have hybrid flooring installed in my unit. Please note - I am looking to have installation done in January 2024 but would like to lock someone in soon. The unit is a first floor 64sqm unit with 2 bedrooms. Currently carpeted over concrete. Small piece of carpet in 1 bed unit is damaged from a plant that I didn’t realise was leaking. The carpet has wrinkled in the master beroom and needs stretching out only in thr area with the text. The room is 4.6 x 3.7 Mtrs - Due date: Flexible

Replace damaged skirting to about 5m around upstairs bedroom. Walls have just been painted so as minimal damage to wall surface as possible. Trying to fix this before carpet is installed next week. I've also included the downstairs now - initially I thought I could fix myself but figured may as well get a quote there as well. Downstairs skirting has already been removed as we are installing vinyl planks (this Friday) then the plan is to replace with new skirting. Upstairs though hasn't yet been removed, installing carpet to that room (next Monday)would like to fix the skirting before the carpet goes in. - Due date: Before Monday, 6 March 2023
