Carpet repair at door which needs replacement

I have a unit that has a hardwood floor that has been stained with use over the past few years. It's roughly 50m2. I need to have it sanded down and coated with polish so that the floors are presentable.

Kitchen and bathroom vinyl flooring needs replacement, small areas 2.5 x 3m and 180 x 3m approximately

Remove/ rip out Old Carpet and replace with new hallway carpet. Tasker to provide carpet. Approximate measurements (5m x 1m)

After a quote to sand, stain and polish floorboards in a 2 bedroom apartment. All rooms have floor boards except the bathroom. Ideally seeking a brown colour (less orange than in pictures) and a matte or satin finished but would like to discuss available options and recommendations. Proposed dates are 3rd - 6th August and the apartment will be empty. A floor plan is attached to provide an idea of size along with some photos.

Carpets in two bedrooms need to be reattached to the smooth edge on two sides, and stretched in some parts. We partially lifted the carpets for painting. No furniture in bedrooms. I need the job done on Thursday morning. Experienced pros only, no time wasters please.

The Carpet, square is quite heavy, so I need two men to lift that into place and roll it out and then return the 3to sofas back onto the carpet
