We are having our floor tiles removed on 20-19th September and floorboards will be installed on 23rd-27th September. This will be done in the living, dining, kitchen and hallway (see floor plan attached). It is approx 65sqm. We don’t want quad to be put around the skirting boards, so we need a qualified tradie to remove the skirting boards and then reinstall the same skirting boards once the floorboards have been installed. If skirting boards are broken, we would like a replacement to be provided at a cost (we understand this to be about $30 per 5.4m of skirting). We would also like the tradie to repair any damage to plaster/paint caused by the task. - Due date: Removal needs to be done on Thursday, 22 September 2022.
