Sanding the floorboards in 2 rooms and a hallway. Carpet underlay has been removed and has left glue stuck to the floorboards so you will need to come and assess if it’s possible to do. One room has no glue.

I need a qualified (or savvy) person to help prepare my unit for new flooring. I have removed the skirting and have a lot of damage and stuff to clean up in order for the new floors to go in. I also need someone to help me move the dishwasher and remove the last bit of skirting, and also need someone to dispose of the old skirting board.

We have one board that creaks, just at the end of one board around 10cm moves down a mm or two mm. Most likely the tongue groove is broken. - Due date: Flexible

A small area of about 3200 x 2000 in a garage on a slab to be carpeted. I have the carpet, it is new, but needs a couple of joins. I need (heavy duty firm)underlay and the fitting of the carpet please. The area for carpet will be a clean rectangle, ie I will fill in the cutouts around the shelving with wood slats, and also around the brick piers. So it will be 4 clean straight edges, simple job! Staples need to be removed from timber floorboards. All tools provided and videos on how to do this will be sent. There are many staples to be removed In only 1 room. Once all staples are out of the floorboards the area will need to be swept and put into a waste bag all of which is on-site. My partner and I were doing this job today we’ve just run out of time. 3 bedroom skirt replacement - Due date: Flexible

Need some skirting board atttached. Floor for ads a bit uneven so the long oneneeds scribing (above my ability) would be 3 pieces making it 1 mitre join, one butt join I’ll supply the skirts Length is 2200 - Needs to be done the next couple of weeks. - Due date: Flexible

Replace all floor heater ducts with new insulated flexi ducts to 5 points in 100m2 unit (supply and install). Subfloor hatch access 600w x 450h Clearance under house approx. 700h Housing sitting on timber posts, bears and joists.

A small laundry - 4 sqm needs vinyl floor boards installed. Presently tiles on floor. Basically a rectangular space with a trough. Room is 2.5m by 1.5m . The tile gaps need to filled first to have a level base. Happy to supply adhesive. - Due date: Flexible
