Old vinyl glue on concrete floor needs to be ground off. Will need to provide concrete grinder and dust extraction. About 10m2 in total

Lay approxinately 50sqm of floating floor. The product is a click together cork base and requires gluing down. Greenflow cork tile. $30/sqm x 50 sqm

Old glue from underneath vinyl needs to be removed prior to a floating floor being laid down. Approximately 25 square metres. You will need your own conrete grinder and dust extraction.

Bottom of bedroom doors need to be trimmed and refinished (hollow core) and rehung.

Need carpet pulled up and removed in an empty apartment so concrete floors can be polished. My bathroom area have small old tiles on the floor which I would like Epoxy over the top. My open plan lounge, dinning & kitchen area currently has a 2-pac paint on that has been unsuccessful and keeps chipping. We have about 28x 3m skirting boards to install, mostly on masonry walls in our unit at Highgate Hill. Boards are painted but some of the flooring is uneven and will need to be flattened, and boards will need to be sealed to the wall and floor with glue as the floor is floating on the beams. We will supply skirting boards and glue, but you will need to BYO drill for the masonry. Happy to pay for more days based on progress. Nobody is living in the unit.
