Find an experienced flooring expert in HMAS Kuttabul

Hi there, I’m seeking someone to come to my apartment and replace the missing floorboards. You’ll be responsible for sourcing the boards and ensuring they match the existing ones or come as close as possible.

I would like someone to install vinyl in my 40 meter square surface how much would that be ?

Take 35 SQM of carpet (including underlay) and 6 SQM of floating floorboard and dispose of legally. Please note you will need to take the carpet from the apartment. There is a lift available.

I have about 18 meters of skirting board on site that needs to be cut and fitted to some new plasterboard.

The studio apartment (25sqm) will be empty as the tenant is moving out . Id like to find someone who has experience with restoring flooring. This timber flooring hasn’t been touched for 20 years. Its original timber flooring in an art deco building. would like the timber floors restored. Sanded and then polished with shine preferably. Open to suggestions on possible ways to restore/breathe new life into the timber floor. There is also linoleum in the kitchen that I believe is layer on top of the timber floor. Looking for someone to put in self levelling concrete in a 1 bedroom apartment including kitchen, living and bedroom but not bathroom. Floating floors will then go over the top. Carpet has been removed and most of the holes have been filled in. There is a small amount of glue remaining on the concrete that may need to be removed first. Depending on what you charge for the following we would also potentially be interested in: 1. Moving the furniture (it can all fit on the balcony or in the bathroom) 2. Removing the wood that attached the previous carpet. The floors are reasonable - there are some small holes - but we want them to be more level before the floors go in. It should take less than a day. Car parking available but car needs to be shorter than 1.95m so a van won’t fit. We are happy to provide the concrete if you tell us what you would like us to buy. I’m having trouble with my bamboo floor which was down when I bought my apartment. When there is humidity the floor swells and rises in 1 area. It settles back again when the humidity goes. I’m looking to see if it can be adjusted to allow for expansion. The furthest part from the wall is 1.2m
