Have recently had floating hybrid floors (8mm timber veneer) installed. Company which we used has done an (in our eyes) incredibly poor job. In the process of attempting to work out what needs to be done and would benefit from a professional, impartial third party as to the quality of work provided and what our options may be regarding the installer and supplier.

Original floor layer is unable to return until late next week and job needs to be finalised today so that furniture can be installed tomorrow. I have a table saw onsite and labour to assist, should only take a few hours to complete.
