I want to have hybrid vinyl installed on timber floor for my Queenslander house

The job has to be done in stages, probably over a couple of weeks. This is due to the need to move furniture around the office, whilst carpet and trades are working. Basics of the job: - 2 x storey office with a flight of stairs between these two floors - Need 100m2 of old carpet removed and replaced with carpet tiles. - 55m2 needs fixing and partially refitting. As job has been ok but needs to be completed well. - All new carpet times have been purchased and are on site in office. - Skip bin is outside ready for old carpet - Stairs need to be carpeted with new tiles also. Will probably need to be done on an ad-hoc basis (A few hours at a time perhaps) Please provide either a fixed price quote or an hourly rate (more practical probably) Happy to do a walk around in office too. -

I require a trade qualified floor person to level a floor so that I can apply Vinyl Planks. The existing concrete flooring has a cork underlay then linoleum flooring. Vinyl planks (Gerflor) have DIY added over the top (I know, not ideal), however some of the flooring in the apartment was pulled up due to water ingress all the way down to the concrete from the laundry. Looking at getting the floor levelled up from the concrrete back up to the top of the linoleum so that the vinyl planks can then be laid on top again. I know this isn't idea or covered by warranty. Needs to be levelled up 4.5mm in an area approx 7sqm You'll be required to provide the materials. I can get the concrete floor prepped before you get here, just let me know what you require me to do. Seeking removal and discarding of carpets and lino from a one storey, three bedroom house in Kelvin Grove to be completed tomorrow (Wednesday 2 Feb). See attached floor plan and photos. All rooms including the bedrooms have carpet, the kitchen and toilet have lino. It should come up fairly easily to reveal the timber floor boards below however you will need to have the necessary tools. The job will also involve preparing the floors to then be sanded (we have a floor sander coming in on Thursday) so this will mean pulling up any nails or staples so will need to have to tools for this too.
