Tough stain needs an expert to remove it. Not sure of the cause of the stain to carpet. Do not need any other service just the stain to be dealt with and removed. Or is it even possible to remove it fairly cheaply? Or should I just cover with a rug? Please let me know what kind of experience you have with these kind of stains. Someone to supply and install a timber trim to seal the bottom of the skirting board to the floor, c. 3m in length - Due date: Flexible

The apartment is on level 1 of a double brick building. Under the unit is the undercover car park. The floor of my sunroom is concrete but it is not level at the edge (10 cm wide max height is 3 cm). I need to make it level to be able to put timber floor on it。The even edge is a bit wide to put the skirt board. Open for ideas/design and the aim is to put timber floor in this room(less than 10m2). The option I can think of is to use grinder to remove the uneven part near the edges( 10cm wide, max 3 cm height and less than 10 meter long) or use concrete to elevate the floor of the room by 3cm so the room is levelled( room size is less than 10m2) I will also consider the offer including laying the floor. - Due date: Flexible
