Need pet odour removal cleaning of carpets in 1 bedroom, a small living room, and a medium sized hallway. I need these carpets sanitised and deodorised as well as cleaned - to get rid of general pet odour from having a pet on the property, for the end of our lease. (The smell is not due to urine etc., only the presence of a dog.) Also there is a few spot ink stains in my roommates room, which she would like spot cleaned.

We are moving out of our rental and our cat has damaged the carpet in two patches. One is in the corner of a door frame, approx 10x10cm in size where the carpet has been ripped up. The other is on the lip of a stair where it has been scratched at but not completely ripped up. Approx 15cm in length The owner says he would like both patches repaired. Installing hybrid flooring in a house in Leichhardt, approx 90m2 (4x bedrooms, living room, kitchen), no stairs. No scotia needs to be installed (I will have new skirting installed separately).

Patch carpet under new stairs. Approx 46x70 plus extra circle bit. I have spare carpet in a linen cupboard (45x95) to use. Carpet will eventually be replaced so need a “good enough “ job for a few years. Open to other suggestions if you have any.

6 hours easy work, I have all tools and materials. Fix up small patch of paving in my courtyard, then Pressure clean. Then finish stripping old carpet off stairs and-or any other general clean up. We need our downstairs tiled floor covered over with timber floor boards - Due date: Flexible

repeat laying of vinyl flooring. Joining seams to floor with double sided tape. Not a perfection job but still needs to look good. 9am -5 pm . 2-3 others will be helping also. Rolls are about 3m wide and varying cut lengths that match up with a numbered layout. Approximately 400 square metres to cover. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 18 July 2023
