55sqm of cypress pine floorboards require refurbishment. The job would include the following work items: Repair of 5-10 damaged boards (replacement boards are already supplied). Gapping/sanding of floorboards (loungeroom, kitchen + 2 bedrooms). Satin polyurethane finish

We want to remove the tiles and polish the concrete of the bathroom. Happy for the person to do both the tile removal and the polishing of the concrete, or we can find someone else to get rid of the tiles if you just want to polish the concrete. We dont want a shiny look, more a matte look. The laundry floor space is approximately 5.5mx2.8.

I need to paint the skirting boards on the ground floor of my house and would like the gaps filled. It would take somebody skilled a couple of hours but me it would take a day with clean up. I have attached photos of some of the areas to give you an idea. of the job. I will supply the call/gap filler.

I have the flooring. apparently doesn't need glue, approx 80sqm in the ground floor area. straight over concrete for the majority except the entry way which is tiled. there is furniture which I will have to move around you laying the floor. thought I could do myself, but I have no time.

Our cat has pulled up some of the carpet and we are needing it repaired. There are some larger pulls and smaller areas. - Due date: Flexible

Small job; entryway and laundry totalling less than 10 sq m need vinyl planks installed. I have the planks, I just need the labour.

Approx 80 square metres of flooring (timber laminate hybrid, brand is Big Country + underlay) to be layed over tiles. Skirting will already be removed, areas include lounge x 2, hall, kitchen.

Stretch 1.2 metres of carpet onto smooth edge incl supply of smooth edge.on to particle board floor. Carpet used to go into alcove and now in different position.
