Please remove and dispose of the carpet, underlay and smooth edge.

I have 90sqm of concept oak flooring I need put down. Laying onto bare yellow tongue flooring and no skirting, you'll be responsible for: Laying flooring throughout the space, including underlay material to a high standard. Cutting out architraves to fit floorng under Attaching new skirting to cover the expansion gaps. Supply any consumables (screws, nails, glue, tape etc) Use your tools. The deck is already installed but i need the nails hammered in below the boards so i can sand the deck. The nails are protruding above the boards, you will have to use a pin punch to hammer into the boards
