Hi! Some water fell on a woollen carpet and it left some dubious yellow stains. I don't want to toich it and risk worsening the situation as it's woollen carpet.

Nail in the beading between skirting boards and floor in 2 small bedrooms. The beading is in place, just needs to be fixed with nails. Total length of beading: ca. 26 metres. Looking for someone who has done this type of work before, ideally with a nailgun.

Need this carpet fixed this morning if possible. I have the spare carpet to fix it.

Polish has come off baltic pine boards and is exposed, need it repaired, and another small board to be replaced. Don't need all floor done.

Task 1 - Four floorboards need replacing and I understand they are solid timber floorboards. One skirting board will need to be removed to have the floorboards replaced and the skirting to be put back. Task 2 - the entire upstairs would need sanding back and repolished. If you’re able to do one or both tasks, I’m ok if you can only replace the floorboards, as I’ll look for a separate person to do the sanding. The budget is flexible as I know of you are able to do both tasks - then we are talking a complete different budget.

We have had two wardrobes removed. Behind the robes there was no plaster just old mortar. This needs to be ripped out and plasterboard replaced, and blended with the new plasterboard to the side. I need help installing a piece of flooring transition between laminate wood and laminate tiles on concrete floor in my apartment. You will need appropriate equipment to trim the metal transition piece to fit the doorway and drill into the concrete floor to insert expansion anchors.
