Just seeing if anyone is capable of matching carpet and repairing this in an apartment (spencer street cbd)

So just wanted to get the carpets cleaned.. however there isn't all that much carpet but we have a spiral staircase covered in carpet and 2 bedrooms and a small hallway. Rest of house if floor board or tiles.. I'm not looking for it to be done cheaply rather done properly... And old keep in mind the spiral stair case as have had issues in past .. posted for 150$ however happy to negotiate but pls don't rock up with a non commercial cleaner..

One of my staff spilt acetone on my wooden floor in my salon and it’s eroded a small section of the floor. I don’t want the whole flooring to be sanded and polished. I just need that section repaired sanded and match as close as possible to the polish it has on it currently.

We have purchased 14sqm of underlay and floating timber floorboards to be installed in our living room in Elwood. Living room currently has carpet which I will have removed prior to this task being started. Skirting will also need to be installed around the perimeter of the lounge room (I will also supply these). Date is slightly flexible but needs to be done early January. I will have the floorboards and underlay ready on site for install. All offers will be considered.
