I have purchased decorative moulding so be installed in the following rooms: - 2 x bedrooms - 1 x hallway - entryway - lounge room - small part of kitchen Second floor apartment. Walls are rendered brick. Old skirting has been removed. I have 24 lengths of 5.4m of skirting on-site in my garage. I have power available with a long extension lead for tools. You will need appropriate equipment to trim the metal transition piece to fit the doorway and drill into the concrete floor to insert expansion anchors. Hi - I have just had a builder finish a renovation job in my apartment for which the lounge room carpet and underlay was removed and rolled up for later re-installation. Hey team, Need a professional flooring company to aid me in ripping up carpet in a newly purchased house and polish the hardwood floorboards beneath. There is also some sort of vinyl in the back half of the house which I’d like to do the same for. Beyond the kitchen I plan to tile and make this a laundry / bathroom so nothing needs to be done there. I know it would be hard to quote without seeing the property in person, settlement date is on the 13th of December so post that can walk people through. Just looking for some indicative offers / quotes at the moment based on pictures. I’ve had a nice cheap quote for floating floors at $2000-$2500, but would much prefer to bring the old home to life.
