Just seeing if anyone is capable of matching carpet and repairing this in an apartment (spencer street cbd)

Apartment in the city which has a carpeted area of about 70-75m2. I need the carpet removed and floorboards (hybrid or laminate) installed in 3 bedrooms, living and dining area as well as the entrance. The apartment is currently tenanted so furniture also needs to be moved around.

Need flooring fix - vinyl has some lumps. The flooring will be replaced early next year but needs a quick fix to level out the vinyl so it's not a trip hazard. Maybe slit and reglue however open to suggestions.
