Find an experienced flooring expert in Mont Albert North

Wanting to stop squeaking floor, some areas may be popped up slightly. Had carpet /linoleum ontop for the last 45 years original floorboards. This is a granny flat not main house, on short stumps.

Previously had carpet and Lino, already pulled up. Need to fill staple holes, sand floors and polish. Repair one spot in the middle of the room so the entire floor matches. Squeaky in some areas as floorboards have popped up - must also fix this. Approx 40-50 m2

Sand and polish with water-based finishes for an area of 106 m2 (approx.)

Need a carpenter with fixing experience to install skirting boards to a new built after floor is installed. 11 or 12 mm MDF skirts of around 240 meters. There is three curved walls of a quarter of a circle. The circle diameter is 1800 mm. Another quarter circle wall with a small diameter. Offer is based on hourly rate. An entrance door will also be needed to install after the skirts are completed.

Floors under carpet in two areas are making noises when they are stepped on. Like a creaking noise.

New timber Stair treads have arrived with a layer of clear coating. Need an experienced professional to sand the clear layer off and apply two layers of stain and a final layer of clear. Material will be supplied. You need to have all the right tools such as an appropriate sander with vacuum and the skills. 31 stair treads (approx 1000 mm long) and 14 risers and three landings approx( 1000x1000 mm). all treads have drops of 65.

Repair carpet stains. Steam cleaner didn't work

Need to install roughly 160 sqm of spc flooring to replace the exisiting carpet flooring, material supplied by me Three bedrooms, kitchen, two living and dinning space and hallway - Due date: Before Tuesday, 16 January 2024

Removal carpet from a house, three bedrooms, hallway two living room and dinning, roughly 100 sqm of carpet to be removed, need to also take the timber and underlay out as well - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 13 January 2024

I need the timber floor repaired where the Air return duct has been removed approx 530mm x 430mm. I have all the timber. - Due date: Flexible

2 hours of labour required in garden to: 1. pull out some plants 2. replace and secure 2 planks of wood on decking and apply decking oil to replaced planks 3. replace edging to grass area (approx 10 mtrs) - Due date: Flexible

Two spots upstairs creek like sub flooring is loose. Under carpet. Would need to bring up and put back carpet. - Due date: Flexible

Lay around 25 vinyl tiles, including cutting around walls. Refer to photos for room layout. - Due date: Before Tue, 27 September 2022

I have some floor tiles I need removed this Sunday or Monday. There is a bit of wooden floor boards next to it which must be maintained, but not much. The cabinets will be removed by someone else, so after that's gone we can start the tile removal. I need someone for Monday 8 February
