I need someone to rip up the carpet in my living room and dispose of it, and potentially grind down the floors as it is concrete below (may not be necessary) then install hybrid floating flooring about 16 square metres of it. Also install the timber fascia along the skirting boards if need be. I have the flooring, just need the labourer to do it.

Need to pull up new carpet from the bedroom to repair floorboards underneath and then reinstalled after the floorboards have been repaired at this point. Only need carpet to be removed and reinstalled later.

Hello! I am looking for someone to sand and polish floorboards in a house in Seaford. I have recently had the house deep cleaned and unfortunately the floors need some additional work! I have been advised they need to be sanded and polished, however I really do not know the cost to have this done. See attached images of the floors. Concrete floor refinishing required. Floor is already polished prior but need refinishing and re-epoxy. All the hard work is already done and the aggregate is already exposed. Just needs a shallow skim and freshen up. Two living spaces, small kitchen and dining area, hallway, a small bathroom and a small flight of 7 stairs.
