Find an experienced flooring expert in Hastings VIC

I have floorboards removed from an old farm home that I would like run through a thicknesser to get them ready for repurposing.

Lay 5mm hybrid flooring onto concrete floor. Approximately 48 square metres

Floor snading and polish around 50sqmtr

I have put carpet down aprox 30 square meters in 2 rooms and hallway I need it kicked in and edged and there is 5 joins that need to be done about 8m of joins

I used a bit too much water while mopping the vinyl plank floor and I think the glue caused it to lift/curled in many places. I’m looking someone to go over and repair the entire floor by possibly using heat and rolling flat, or a similar method. I’m not interested caulking alone to make it level. About 30 square metres in size. Some parts are hardly impacted but would good to go over it all. Price is flexible. I’m not sure what is a reasonable rate. I just want the job done right l.

We need to remove the old carpets and install new ones. measurements are as below. 3.3 x 2.8 = 9.24 : bed room 2.8 x 2.8 = 7.84 : bed room 4.2 x 2.8 = 11.76 : bed room 6.2 x 3.6 = 22.32 : Living 2.5 x 1.9 = 4.75 : Living 5.5 x 1 = 6 - Passage area - Due date: Before Sunday, 15 October 2023

75 sqm floor sanding and polishing 3 coats water-based satin finish 1.4 sqm hardwood floor supplying and laying - Due date: Flexible

Carpet supplied, no underlay, lay carpet on deck using adhesive. Total area around 40 - 50sq mtr, cut around alcoves and stairs. Labour only, or quote including supply of carpet.
