Find an experienced flooring expert in Mount Hawthorn

Cut MDF into a stringer to fit 9.5ms of staircase that turns two corners. This needs to be topped by some skirting board that will need to be appropriately trimmed. The skirting board and MDF for the stringer will be supplied. It is to be mitred into pre-existing skirting boards to give a match.

Need someone with a mitre saw to cut wide skirting boards to size and install in large bedroom upstairs. Room is approx 6x4m

We have bedroom approx 4 x3 that is currently carpeted. There is concrete underneath. A peek under the carpet indicates he floor is flat but has paint splatters. We are happy to rip up the carpet but looking for someone to grind and seal the concrete surface (not polish). The room has a built in wardrobe. Kennards hire does loan out concrete sanders and sealant products. We don’t have a vehicle to transfer the machine to our house or the time to perform the job ourself.
