19.5 square mts area for carpet removal and floor board polishing

I have a patch of carpet that needs replacing. It's approx a 400x900 patch. I have carpet to use from the wardrobe so it will need to basically be swapped over.

When the flooring was installed, the expansion gaps have not been correctly spaced Task: Tilt up the edge trim, cut the floor arond the edge to give it enough space and then put the trim back. Also need to renail a couple of flooring scotia since the nails have come off. Has some spare floor planks left. The area is 1m long. - Due date: Flexible

We have bought a new house and are installing new hybrid floors. When we removed the old carpet we noticed 3 sections of mould and a 2x3m damaged entry way we need to remove and replace the chipboard in.
