Replace around 10 floorboards and fix a few bouncy floorboards where the floorboards seem to have become detached from the beams. May require you to go under the house which has reasonable access. House is 120 years old and most of the tongue and groove floorboards are original. No sanding or product application required. Include everything in your quote: 1 day of labour, use of tools, Airtasker fees etc. Any materials you provide (eg. screws, glue, spacers) will be reimbursed State what date/s you are available.

Handyman/carpenter needed to repair and install new fence posts where needed and replace and paint skirting boards. May need to source materials for this at my cost - full job from identifying issues, sourcing materials and installing and painting if necessary

We are moving away, and because we have a cat, our landlord is asking us for “professional carpet cleaning and a flea treatment”. It is a 2 bedroom unit (about 52m2) in Neutral Bay, NSW 2089.

We have just moved some furniture around to make space for our new lounge and our laminate floorboards are in need of a scrub. It it small lounge room and hallway of a 2 bed unit.
