House is 120 years old and most of the tongue and groove floorboards are original. No sanding or product application required. We are moving away, and because we have a cat, our landlord is asking us for “professional carpet cleaning and a flea treatment”. It is a 2 bedroom unit (about 52m2) in Neutral Bay, NSW 2089.

We have just moved some furniture around to make space for our new lounge and our laminate floorboards are in need of a scrub. It it small lounge room and hallway of a 2 bed unit.
