Removed the skirting to install flooring. There’s a bunch of damage, mostly torn plaster/pains and depressions or holes and nail holes. All the skirting is gone. I need it patched up with plaster and about 35m of new plain skirting board installed and painted.

Need about 45-50sqm of Hybrid wooden flooring installed. Need the skirting removed, flooring installed and skirting cut down and put back. Needs to be glued onto existing tiles that are very well secured and have no cracks or missing tiles.
These guys were amazing. Really they went above and beyond. The floor looks great, did all the small stuff. We’re really reasonable with access, noise and neighbours, really tidy job, all the trims are done properly and there’s not a gap anywhere. Highly recommended.
