We are having new carpet put into one of our bedrooms and we need the bottom of the door trimmed so the carpet fits properly and the door no longer scrapes along the carpet.

Looking for solutions to fix a stained garage floor that has spots of decking oil. It’s a double garage with a staircase. Approximately 6x5.5m space. Stains confined to a 4m x 1m area where a stained bench seat was sitting. May be interested in epoxy, polished concrete or other solution.

-2 part job for carpet to be pulled back/installed. -Small corner of carpet to be pulled back to have stumps installed under subfloor. -Carpet to then be pulled back into place once the floor has been put back into place. -Will require coming back again when flooring is put back in place.

We have been renting for 5 years in a house and gradually due to furnitures moving around the timber floor has lot of scratches. I have been suggested to do a polishing of the floor to remove the scratches. Looking for someone who is experienced in doing this work and my intention is to mainly eliminate the scratches (see attached pic)
