Hi there I am looking for a floor sander to come sand the floors at a house we just purchased. Must be able to start this Sunday 13Dec and Finish Tues 15Dec. We have ripped up the old 70s carpet and most nails & staples have been removed, however would ask to be checked before sanding. The previous owner had dogs and there was pet urine on the carpets & floors with some stains. The sanding of floors is required in the below areas and I have attached the floor plan & photos for reference. Note the photos show just as the carpets were removed, the nails & staples have been removed. - lounge - meals - not the kitchen it has tiles - small hallway - 3x bedrooms NOTE: our friend is a timber flooring specialist & started with a light sand in the lounge, however is now unable to finish the sanding in our timeframe due to other commitments. He will finish the floors & do the semi gloss on the Tues 15Dec. Only looking for experienced people. Thanks in advance
