Find an experienced flooring expert in North Balgowlah

Extend quick step classic Black Butt Light existing Laminate Flooring from Living/Hall into 2 no. bedrooms (currently carpet finish) approx 20m2. Extend laminate in hall to replace current tiled entry 1m2. Remove existing quadrant bead (white prefinished approx 20m linear length) in living/hall and replace with quick step quadrant scotia in matching colour to flooring. Also provide scotia for new bedroom and entry areas. Separate price for removing carpet/underlay/grippers and tiles floor entry (so I can decide if I pay for this or do it myself). Separate price for providing flooring and scotia (so I can decide if I get this myself or not). Require other jobs such as stud wall partition too so that could all be done with the flooring if undertaken by a licenced carpenter.

We have a marble stone shower, that needs cleaning and stone resealing and new silicon on the joints.

I have a few floating floorboards that had to be trimmed a few years ago due to swelling from water. I'm looking for someone who can remove them and replace them with spares that I have available. There are tiles under the floorboards, so the boards will have to be glued down. I know these boards can be removed quite easily because the person that helped with the water swelling problem removed them quite easily a few years ago. A few boards will have to be removed and replaced with the replacement of the 1 or 2 damaged boards.
