We had a minor mould issue that has been rectified, the vinyl planks in place were removed. Need to clean existing glue and replace skirting (4m and 3m) where mould damage was visible. This is a small area; only 8 planks were removed (approx 3m2). I have the planks to replace the old ones, i have the paint for the skirting. I don't have floor glue or new skirting boards.

We've pulled up lino and subfloor and have some well preserved hard wood floorboards underneath. The floors have been de-nailed (staples removed or hammered down if broken). We've done a floor sand on the one of the bedrooms from 40,80,100 grit to remove stain. The other floors are untreated. We're looking for someone to complete the sanding work throughout (area highlighted in floor plan image), buff and apply sealer and finish. We will supply the sealer and finish product. Note, we've had the floors tested for asbestos prior to pulling up the lino and can provide the report for peace of mind. Looking to have this completed before 2 August if possible.
