Small section of room had skirting board removed for wardrobe installation. Now that wardrobe is in, the part of the wall (total approx 160cm) that is exposed needs to either be plastered or have the skirting board replaced. Old skirting has been kept but new can be purchased as well.

I want to lay vinyl flooring over the tiles in this toilet. There is no shower in the area. The area is roughly 6m sq so quite small. Note - job can only be completed on a Sunday or a Monday because we are open for trade Tuesday to Saturday. I have the vinyl already, ideally you can supply materials (glue etc at extra cost)

HELLO - I'M USING THE BELOW TO CONTACT FOLK I HAVE ALREADY FOUND FOR THEIR ADVICE - ADDITIONAL QUOTES NOT REQUIRED. I've got a quote for hybrid flooring - however there's nothing re: trims etc. I'm seeking advice re: what is required before hiring someone, and when is the best time to lay the floor considering: a) pretty gross carpet, but it can stay until kitchen renos are done b) 2 br, 1 living room to be done, but living room is currently housing the toilet, bathtub, dishwasher and washing machine to be installed, which won't happen for roughly 8+ weeks.. c) wondering if it's doable to move everything in the living room to the front of the house, lay floor, put something down (tarp/blanket/whatever), then put things to be renoed back. That way, I have liveable floors sooner, and can then paint the skirting boards and DONE :) - Due date: Flexible

Require someone to prepare a concrete slab for installation of engineered wooden boards. Approximately 40m2 floor space across two rooms. This will include applying both primer and self levelling compound. Slab is in good condition except for 10m2 in kitchen area where ceramic tiles have been removed. Install engineered flooring for two rooms, totalling 40sqm, in a 3rd floor apartment (no lift). Please price for demolition as follows: removing 10sqm tiles, and any flooring prep that needs to be done on existing concrete slab (NB we will remove carpet prior to your arrival).
