Laying of new carpet (you provide carpet, ideally some sort of wool blend or similar in a dark beige colour , NOT boucle. Possibly texture resembling a soft hemp, perhaps. 5. IF you are a flooring expert:... the bamboo flooring is slightly lifted in some parts due to what appears is water ingress, there is some show of water damage near balcony exits and the overall aspect is, somewhat "weathered£. A small area of floorboards were damaged in our home when corrosive cleaning liquid dripped from our oven onto the floorboards below. I would like a request to fix the floorboards however I suspect it will require all of them in the house to be re-sanded and re-polished. We would like a quote for this.
