Remove a small section of damaged vinyl flooring (200mm x 200mm section with four drill holes). Vinyl flooring has been glued to concrete base. Vinyl is commercial grade 2mm thick. Replace with new vinyl (vinyl to match will be supplied by owner)- re-glue to floor.

I need the bottom of this door cut just a smidge so it can close over the carpet in the photo. I can take door off the hinges and re-attach, just need you to do the door cutting bit. It would be awesome if you could bring your tools and cut it in our backyard ( spacious/ concrete - good space for it) or otherwise we could discuss picking up/ dropping off arrangements for the door. Had to remove an old gas heater, and need 7 vinyl planks laid where the heater was. I have the planks, and the old planks that cut around the heater have been removed. Job is in Northcote, would love it done today or tomorrow.

We have had two wardrobes removed. Behind the robes there was no plaster just old mortar. This needs to be ripped out and plasterboard replaced, and blended with the new plasterboard to the side. We also need new skirting board replaced along the length of the robes. Back wall length 220mm long and 270mm high, side wall 60mm. Please note it is TWO spaces. We need it done prior to 7/2 when we are having new carpet installed.

One of my staff spilt acetone on my wooden floor in my salon and it’s eroded a small section of the floor. I don’t want the whole flooring to be sanded and polished. I just need that section repaired sanded and match as close as possible to the polish it has on it currently.

Need experienced and qualified flooring contractor as body corporate needs to review & approve. Floorboard area is approx 55m2 (open living, dining and kitchen areas only. Unit is on a 1st floor with lift and parking. Please see floorplan. Floorboard suppliers are House of Bamboo. Quote should include: - temporary furniture removal (can go in bedrooms / bathrooms / terrace) - removal and disposal of current bamboo floorboards, skirting board etc. - Touch ups / correction of any imperfection caused when removing or replacing skirting boards. - replacement of floorboards - IMPORTANT: kitchen island is sitting on current floorboards so you would need a special floorboard cutting tools to neatly cut around kitchen island. and then place some sort of wooden moulds to cleanly connect kitchen island to floorboard. - replacement of skirting board (as it is likely to break) - You need to arrange floorboards delivery from the supplier's depot in Dandenong South (VIC 3175) and take materials either to the carpark to store until ready or into the unit (perhaps place them on terrace? I do not know). You would need to take floorboards to 1st floor (lift available), maybe hire a skip to dispose of old floorboards etc .. - Left over floorboards to be placed in garage (same building, accessible via lift). - There is parking in building (2m clearance) Bamboo floorboards details: - Flooring Strand woven with Ply UX Click 142x1850mm 47 packs, 16kg per pack, 6 boards per pack (ie: 47 x 16kg = 752kg) for boards alone. You would need at least 2 people. - Underlay Plastic UND - Green 2mm (4 rolls of 20m2) - Transport: Suppliers have storage depot in Dandenong South VIC 3175. There was a small stain on our bedroom carpet with what looks to be makeup or nail varnish. After having some attempts at cleaning we’ve taken the intensity of the stain out but spreader it over a bigger surface area. Furthermore, weve ruffled some of the fabric.

Hello, Please provide quotes for ASAP as need to furnish unit. 1. Carpet re-stretching of big bedroom. 2. Carpet re-stretching of both rooms. 3. Laying of new carpet (if I provide carpet). 4. Laying of new carpet (you provide carpet, ideally some sort of wool blend or similar in a dark beige colour , NOT boucle. Possibly texture resembling a soft hemp, perhaps. 5. IF you are a flooring expert:... the bamboo flooring is slightly lifted in some parts due to what appears is water ingress, there is some show of water damage near balcony exits and the overall aspect is, somewhat "weathered£.
